Shipping Policy

Please use the chart below to estimate the standard shipping/handling charge for your order.

The majority of our items are shipped through FEDEX or TNT (Express), two of the world’s largest express delivery companies.

You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking code when your order has shipped.
Your order will be ready for shipping within 7 days according to stock.

Shipping via FEDEX/TNT will take between 3-7 business days to most countries depending on destination.

• Delivery dates are approximate and are subject to delays depending on customs inspections.
• Purchases from the following list of countries (view list) will not carry any additional cost other than the costs displayed in our checkout page
• Orders from other countries MAY INCUR additional import duties, taxes or other customs related charges,
• Import duties, taxes or other customs charges will be collected by the shipping company upon delivery.
• Shipping cost as appear above, subsidized by Beija Flor. Please note that, if for any reason you decide to return your order, shipping will not be subsidized
• Returns are by your local mail service. It is recommended to require warranty and insurance at the time of delivery. Please e-mail us the shipping docs and we will confirm via mail upon arrival.

Returning policy:

• If for any reason, you wish to return your item, you will have 14 days to return an item from the day the order was received. The item should be returned in the original box it was shipped, rolled firmly with the pattern facing in. Returned products must be in an unused condition, with the original packaging, original tags and labels attached.
• Please return the item using your local mail service. It is also recommended to require warranty and insurance at the time of delivery. Please e-mail us the shipping docs and we will confirm via mail upon arrival.

If an order is received damaged, or incorrect, please contact customer service.

Order cancelation terms:

Since any and all productions are per order only, cancelation of orders are not doable.
Special requests will be considered with cancelation fee of 15% from product prices.
